Living room: 23.5 x 13.10 feet

2 sofas, coffee table, dining table and 4 chairs, TV, DVD player - air conditioning and heating controls. Doors opening onto the terrace.

Terrace: 25.9 x 11 feet

The terrace runs outside the living room and the master bedroom and has lovely views of the sea.

Master bedroom: 21.7 x 10.8 feet (incl ensuite bathroom)

Double bed and ten feet of fitted wardrobes!

Bathroom 1:

Ensuite with 2 wash basins, bath and overhead shower

Bedroom 2: 10.9 x 12.3 feet

2 single beds and fitted wardrobes

Bathroom 2:

Shower and single basin

Kitchen: 7.4 x 9.11 feet

Kitchen is fully-equpped: cooker, hob, fridgefreezer,dishwasher and general appliances 

Utility Room: 5.11 x 6.1 feet

The washing machine, ironing board and washbasin are in the utility room.

Car park/lift

There is lift access from the car park to the apartment. There is a wheelchair ramp at the entrance to the apartment building and a lift can be taken from there to the ground floor.
